What a wonderful seller! I asked if I could get it asap for a birthday gift and she went out of her way to get it to me a day before the earliest list date of delivery. Thank you so much!!!

Frequently asked
Questions, answered.
How soon will my canvas arrive?
Your preview is ready in minutes. The canvas is printed to order and shipped, usually within 18–25 days.
Can I use separate photos of everyone?
Yes. Add a clear photo of each person or pet, and the portrait brings them together. You don't need a group photo.
Can I include my family or my pet?
Yes. Create a portrait of yourself, your pet, your family, or people and pets together. Use one group photo or add separate photos of the subjects you want in the same painting. You can check the free preview before ordering.
How long does it take?
A few minutes. You'll watch it painted, then it's yours to order.
What do I get?
A free preview, always. If you love it: your portrait printed to order on gallery-wrapped canvas, 30 × 40 cm for $59.99 and 40 × 60 cm for $79.99.
What if I don't like the result?
You see your finished portrait before paying anything — no account or credit card required. If it's not right, retry in a different style or upload a new photo, free. You only pay when you find a result you want to keep.
What happens to my photo?
It's used to paint your portrait — nothing else. With no signup, there's no account attached to it.
Which photo works best?
Choose a well-lit photo with clear faces or pet features. For a family portrait, use a clear group photo or add a separate photo for each person. Avoid heavy shadows and photos where a subject is hidden.
