Most portraits are ready in about a minute. You'll see a free preview before anything is charged — if the first draft doesn't feel right, try another photo or switch styles at no cost until it does.
Well-lit photos with a clear view of your subject's face. For pets, a close crop with good eye contact. For people and families, any reasonably sharp shot — we'll work with the light you have. Phone photos are welcome; studio quality isn't required.
You only pay if you love it. The preview is always free. Your portrait is printed to order on gallery-wrapped canvas: 30 × 40 cm for $59.99 and 40 × 60 cm for $79.99. Exact pricing appears on each style's page before you commit.
Every Artisimus style is a painting after an old master: a new painting that closely follows a public-domain masterwork. There are 79 in the library, from Vermeer's pearl to Sargent's sitters. Choose one, and we paint you, your family or your pet into it.
We ship. Your portrait is printed to order on a gallery-wrapped canvas and delivered to your door, usually within 18–25 days. Digital downloads are not available yet.
You can change or cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. If your canvas arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it again, free.
